What is the total all-inclusive cost of a 2 BHK?
The starting price of Rs 2.99 Cr* is the agreement value. On top of that you should budget for stamp duty and registration, GST where applicable, and society formation and maintenance deposits. Is the project MahaRERA registered? What is the number?
Yes. The project MahaRERA registration number is P51800035109, and our agent registration is A51900000123. Both can be verified at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
What is the possession date, and what if it is delayed?
The possession date committed in the MahaRERA registration is the binding one, and it is stated in your agreement for sale. If the promoter fails to hand over by that date, RERA entitles you to either withdraw with interest on your payments or continue with interest for every month of delay.
Is the carpet area RERA carpet or built-up?
Every area on this page is RERA carpet area, which is the usable floor area within the walls of the apartment. It excludes the balcony, terrace and common areas. Built-up and super built-up figures are not used here.
Which banks have approved this project for home loans?
